Easy run, or so it felt. My max VO2 has increased to 40, maybe because I'm running very efficiently -- or maybe it's spillover from my hard run last week. Either way, running quicker but efficiently (as in solid zone 2 almost the entire way in and out) is a good thing, especially when my joints are acting up.
I was thinking about going standard distance, but wasn't really feeling it. Maybe Friday.
