It's spring, and there's a frost warning for tonight. It got noticeably colder as I was outside. Woot. Easier run today, mostly because of the temperature, but my legs were tired from yesterday in spite of the slow speed. I may run easy tomorrow with the expectation of a rest day Thursday and/or Friday.
