I have no idea what prompted me to start the run and just go full on "FUCK IT LET'S BALL" mode. Today was effectively a 5km time trial. This is the absolute hardest I've run in a while, and I finished in zone 5, I was pushing pretty hard, although definitely not all out. At least I relearned what it feels like to run right at anaerobic threshold and just take the fucking pain. I should do that more often, even if I don't really want to.
Oh well. Fuck it, let's ball.
