I'd set this for 15,000 originally, but realized I was going to bonk before hitting the end and stopped at the waypoint, then had some fruit and soda, then got back on. I was much more tired, and it bore out in the times and splits and also for relative effort.
It's possible I went out too fast, since I was burned at the end, but at least I got in a long erg. I was thinking about running, but when it stopped raining, I didn't feel so enthusiastic about running.
