40/40/40/40 pushups, 50/45/40/40 situps with 25/25/25/25 flutter kicks alternating. 3x15@290 leg press. My legs did not feel great today.
Today's run was going to be easy once again - I'm sore from the flutter kick-leg press-run combination, although it was very encouraging to loosen up after two miles and the last two miles felt pretty good - not quick, but much looser. The weather is about right at night - which unfortunately in Kabul means that the air quality will get worse as people start burning fuel to stay warm at night. The haze in today's weather report is an indicator of things to come.
Time to shower quickly and hit midrats before it closes.
