My plantar fascitis is back at it again, mildly. I've been stretching it, but it's nagging. Today had to be a recovery run, but I wasn't expecting my HRM to crap out like it did during the middle of my run. Time is indeterminate as a result, but I went easy because my legs were totally beat from yesterday's run and the gym session immediately prior to starting my run.
