40/40/40/30/20 pushups, 50/45/40/45 situps with 25/25/25/25 flutter kicks in between. 4x15@290 leg presses. Pushups were stronger across the board, without having to go to knees. It took about a month. It's been a while since I've done leg presses also. But at some point, I need to taper this month so I can get my PT test out of the way.
Easy run, knowing I wasn't going to do much after all that in the gym. The first two laps were rather unpleasant, but the last two were actually not bad. The very last lap was surprisingly pleasant as my legs had recovered from the strength work and were feeling a little fresher - which might argue for doing the easy run after every strength workout to get some of the lead out. Today's being overcast, breezy, and dry was even better.
