Short run, late start. 50/45/40/35 pushups, 50/45/40 situps, nothing else. I have a meeting in 45 minutes, so I have to move fast. With the reduced gym workout, the recovery was still somewhat painful but at least markedly quicker than usual. Still, today didn't feel so great because my circadian rhythms are all akilter and work has been nucking futs. At last the last lap felt somewhat okay, if uncomfortable for pacing. I need to run faster.
