Somehow my Garmin ForeRunner had gotten undocked from its charger and at some point had been powered on before I pulled it off. That occasionally happens, although I'm not sure why.

I still have a raging head cold, but stacking prescription medications has fixed that for now.

I have no idea why I was reminded of a computer game I used to play some 15 years ago.
