Long run, but that was partly because of not running yesterday.  The weather was cold too, but better than yesterday's overcast.  It is cold again.  Sort of.

I was reminded, when I was half my age, that this was this weekend that the Virginia Private School cross-country meet happens to be.  I remembered it only because I had to make a choice between auditioning the following week for the central regional orchestra or running with the team in the league meet.  I ran with the team since I was the team captain at the time and it would've been disingenuous to not run.

I am much slower now.  The uphills were not fun, especially in a headwind.
