I guess I'm glad I went for a run this morning. It's supposed to rain later today and today so far has been a blissful fucking day, like this weekend.
Today was a day of experimenting with stride based on what I read in the New York Times this weekend.
There were benefits to doing this, but it sure felt different. My legs were also a bit tired from Saturday's trail run.
