I felt pretty good. The fact that I could yap a large portion of today's run even while running most of the Teardrop of Suck is a good sign. It was also cool and nice, and with a clean haircut, I felt pretty good. I could have gone faster. Maybe in a few days I'll try a longer run. The fact that I ran this at Z3 talking most of the way was an unintentional discipline tool. I really felt like I could have gone faster.
