I had put in a bid on a house and it got bought out from under me. I didn't want to be around anyone other than my realtor today looking at places, so I went to the gym and did some catharsis work - and a harder run on the dreadmill than I expected to do -- and yet, didn't feel that unusually difficult. The fact that I was running 10:00 pace at the end and still holding under threshold is actually a good thing. The third iThink was the best for most of it as the first two didn't quite fit.
I'm still fucking pissed.
