I've been sick with a fucking colossal chest cold the last few days.  Today was the first day in a while I felt okay enough to actually contemplate going to the gym.  I decided that something relatively balanced like rowing might work, although I needed to get at a reasonable pace.

The coughing wasn't too bad, and opening it up all the way felt okay.  Whether this helps with some of the upper airway congestion I feel remains to be seen.

I've been using melatonin to try to sleep, which worked okay, but not the nights prior.  It took a while for me to figure out that I should sleep face down so the post-nasal drip wouldn't collect back and cause me to wake up and cough.
