After three days of Doing Nothing But Eating, I had to fix that in short order, and got at for 8,000m on the erg. Not great, but as usual, my ergs tend to go strong start, weak transition, and recovery to normal speed by about the 25 minute mark, which for me is around 5500-6000m or so.
I didn't feel up to doing a full 10km, but I figured 8km would be Good Enough for Now. Off to work. No rest for the wicked, and it's going to be another fast-paced day of craziness.
