It snowed early this morning, so I was greeted with about 5 inches of fluffy snow.  I also decided to save my workout for the middle of the day since I'm usually up late, so instead of running like I have for the last few days, I decided to crank 8,000m out on the erg.  I didn't go particularly hard, but I was trying to hold down the pace to about 160-165bpm, while trying to finish under 35:30.  Not very ambitious, but I think that was a good alternate day from running 6 yesterday.

The iThink is misleading as I wasn't really having a song stuck in my head so much as concentrating on form, speed, and relative effort.
