Today is day 15 of the campaign.

First run in Kabul, and it was as challenging as I'd expect any run to be in as small a compound this is. It also emphasizes why I'd rather run outside than on the dreadmill. It was also raining, so it warranted snivel gear for the run. Not great, but better than nothing, and I was still coming off the dreadmill kill-a-thon last night.

I had low expectations of pace, but I guess mostly negative splits are always encouraging.

Addition: after running on concrete and rocks, my knees fuckin' hurt.  Time to hit the Celebrex.
