I was all set for a long run. After getting ready, I stepped out the door and noticed it was raining. So much for that run - I enjoy running in the rain, but not when it's cold, windy, and wet. Not unless I'm competing, and I'm pretty much done competing for about 6 months.
Back to the Concept2, which had footstraps - while not the OEM ones, they were good enough for today. Nothing particularly hard, nothing particularly easy, and it took me almost 15 minutes to really settle, which was unpleasant until I finally got going.
