Today was a day that I should go run, but for whatever reason didn't want to, since I went for a long run yesterday. However, until I figure out a satisfactory solution to working out during the workweek, all weekend days need to be spent on the run because I'm virtually guaranteed a rest day from Monday to Friday.
Easy recovery run, and that was probably about all I was good for today.
