I brought my Garmin ForeRunner back to Norfolk, and it's easier to log runs again. Today was a big question mark. I spent almost four hours in traffic yesterday because of the construction and resultant congestion, and got to sleep much later than I wanted. Bad, bad, bad.

I'll be paying for it later and I probably need to force myself to get to sleep much earlier tonight as a matter of practical sense.

Today's run was initially at what I thought was anaerobic threshold, but I wonder if my threshold heart rate is higher now, especially based on average HR today. Or, for that matter, any day.

The Jackson Browne song that was today's predominant iThink is one of the bitterest songs about patriotism I know.
