Couldn't pass up the day - as much as I was tempted to sleep in, the temperature being what it was meant I needed to go out and step it out.
I'm not sure where the random Johnny Marr attack came from.
I was a few hundredths of a mile short, so I finished it out to make it an even five. I'm still disappointed at times, but I'm hoping this'll improve later as my knees don't hurt as much.
Also trying to get back into ab work, doing a 12+4 this morning after the run.
