I went out thinking it was going to be in the 60F range.

It was not in the 60F range.

I had to work a bit harder than I thought I would. On the other hand, my max VO2 has definitely been increasing and my general speed is also increasing. I'm going to chalk this one up to some marginal weight loss. On the other hand, if I continue the gradual weight loss, I'll definitely be in good position for racing the Bay Bridge 10K in November.

This also comes after my first good night of sleep after three consecutive nights of bad sleep and no exercise. I think I was underhydrated for this run, though. I was definitely feeling it at the end.
