Lifting for the first time in a bit. First front squat was definitely "OMFG discretion is the better part of valor" and I reduced the weight. I tweaked my lower left back doing Romanian deadlifts and definitely needed to stop. That's going to hurt.

Run was slow and deliberately so. Low back pain is gonna suck...
