New course today, one with some serious hills on it. I normally don't flock to hills, but there may be some benefit in trying to work raw power without destroying my knees doing speedwork.
Also, new shoes. As usual, rotating old orthotics into the new shoes to establish wear but will probably switch them back. I don't know if that explained today's speed or if I'm actually getting faster, but either way, I know I need to work the knees and around it or I'm gonna pay for it later.
