Easy run as my legs felt tired at the start, which is usually a harbinger of overtraining. I want to get in slow base mileage and burn lard but I also don't want to burn myself into the ground getting back into the groove.
However, the opportunity to run trails during the day while the weather was pleasant was worth it. I ran the entirety of the Dickinson College XC 5k course, which is mostly dirt trails although there is some cinder and pavement.
