It was time to get to the gym as my lower back was acting up while I was doing stuff around the kitchen. I can ignore it, or it'll get a lot worse later. I feel much better now.
Easy run, a bit harder than I intended, but not too hard. I need to get in some LSD tomorrow or Tuesday, so it'll require some investment of time.
