Recovery run after yesterday, but it might not've been on. Leg 3 was slow, walking slow due to the slope since it was almost entirely uphill. Nonetheless, if the Garmin Forerunner 935 is an indicator, I am running consistently faster, although I'm not really whittling off much weight (although it seems I'm consistently 3-4lbs less than last week). We'll see. At least the weather is pretty awesome. Running uphill, on the other hand, not so awesome.
