Legs were pretty tired today, so I decided to do some LSD. What surprised me was the consistency of pace. I was running in Z3 for sure, and not trying to push hard, mostly to burn lard, and I was able to burn off 925 kcal, so not bad. I was hoping to get rained on, but the system going through the East Coast gapped just as it was coming through Carlisle. At least it cooled off considerably from the hot and dry it was earlier today.
