I came back from my 30th college reunion hitting the scale at 215. Heaviest I've ever been, and I know I need to get serious for real. Today started out rough, but I think I was still geting used to the new shoes. By mile 3 I was fine. Generally negative splits on the way back, and that was encouraging. I need to be consistent.
