This was not intended to be fast, and it wasn't. My legs are tired, and I've been overeating, so I need to be more disciplined about diet and I just need to run and exercise. I've been unable to go to the gym this week and I can feel it as my hips are feeling it big time. It's surprising how effective deadlifting can be for addressing my back pain and associated aches.
