Today was supposed to be an easy run and was, for the most part. I didn't work very hard, although that's not reflective of the heart rate reading. I'm not too worried about that, but wanted to make sure I wasn't burning up the legs too much, which I didn't think I was.
Or it's possible that I threw away a recovery day, but at the slow speeds I run, every day is effectively recovery if it's shorter than 6.
