First time on the Concept in about a month. It was much harder to keep up what I considered normal speed; my nominal average is around 2:10, but was probably a little closer to 2:11-2:12 had I not turned on the jets in the last 1000m.
I have this to thank for my late breaking Metallica mantra. "Enter Sandman" isn't really a good song for spinning, though.
