I was thinking about running 9 this morning, but decided that after a week of running almost nothing that 9 on the second day back might not be such a good idea. I was tired in any event. I had a lot harder time getting up hills than I normally do in these conditions, so there is some implied rebuilding to do here.
The assault of emo this morning is attributable to my buying Silverstein's Discovering the Waterfront last night. I'm not sure if emo is a guiltier pleasure than, say, Journey or Eddie Money. At least emo is a tad more predictable. An old roommate of mine's reaction sums it up: "you, Mr. Alternative Music, are listening to Eddie fucking Money?!"
