First in a while. I had a platelet-rich plasma injection to my right hip and was taking it easy but I can't sit on my ass for much longer, and I decided to see how I felt. I was cranking way, way faster than I expected for the first time back, and felt pretty good. This is a good sign.
No running for a few days, at least. I'll see how I feel in a few days.
