With weather like this, I didn't feel like running again, so I'm glad I have an erg in the house. Not hard, but not easy after yesterday. The start was particularly rough, but after about 3,000 I felt better. If I'm holding about 2:10-2:11/500m at about 160bpm, I'm actually somewhat encouraged at that prospect.
