Earlier start = better prep work prior to actually running. My legs are still tired going uphill, but based on the amount of sustained work I've been trying to keep on, I think that's unavoidable.
The alternative is to go back to the gym and start doing squats and leg presses again, and right now I don't feel that industrious. So not right now. Maybe later this summer, though.
