My legs were very tired today, but I had stuffed my face yesterday, so I had to get a run in of at least 5. Doesn't make up for all my sins yesterday, but it's better than nothing.
It was very humid this morning, so that didn't help. But the dead legs were really palpable.
I hadn't looked at the lyrics to today's iThink until logging this run, but it sure is apropos.
