I wasn't sure how I was going to feel after the last few days, but I got one evening of blissful, mostly uninterrupted sleep. This, I'm sure, had a material effect on how I was going to run tonight.

I'm pretty sure the winds were not variable 3mph like the weather report says it is. I had a sizeable tailwind and I was running more efficiently than I normally do, so it was quick and a fairly good run.

I'm glad I did, though - it keeps me mostly honest. Mostly, I'd like to think. I also felt like I'm getting faster, which is always a good piece of feedback.
