This makes up for my day of inveterate wogging. I knew I needed to go for a run - and by the time I was out of the workplace it was almost 11:30pm. That still didn't stop me from getting out there and hitting the road, especially since I've been larding up over the last few weeks. It's time to start burning fat again - the hard part is just being disciplined enough to get back out and hit it.
Today marked the day I decided to switch out weapons with one of my coworkers. He wanted a pistol - and although I was assigned a pistol, I really felt a lot more comfortable with a rifle as a personal security blanket...so we decided to switch weapons. I also was able to get the rifle configured for my shooting style - finally - after carrying it around while he was out of the office. It feels, honestly, a lot better.
I would imagine, that my walking around with a long gun gives some people reason for pause. No matter...
