Today was supposed to be an easy run, and I think that was mostly the case. I forgot to take the split at the last hack, so I combined a slightly longer split. As has been the case, I ran mostly negative splits. This is fine. An average pace of 8:53 on an easy day is fine. Man, I’m tired, though. Nothing but eat tomorrow.
