After a fresh haircut, I felt strangely moto, but also I was able to vent much more heat out of my head. This is not a trivial matter when the air temperature when I started was 83F. I was holding a markedly higher working heart rate today, and it showed in an elevation of Max vO2 back to 43 from this past week.

Not sure what sparked a flashback to my freshman year in college or my junior year in high school, but I  can't argue with either choice.
