Easy slug run to burn lard. Much of the run included conversation with the Intrepid Coworker, who normally runs fast enough to burn me straight into the ground. Fortunately, he was interested in an easy run to shake things out. That's good, since I've been eating far too much over the last few weeks and I need to get back into a disciplined program.
