Today wasn't intended to go very hard, and it wasn't. It was a recovery day for The Intrepid Coworker, who then also indulged over half an hour of throwing the rock around in the courtyard outside our headquarters building.
I did, after all, make it a point to pack my lacrosse sticks first before loading much of anything else.
My other indulgence today was cake, as it was the one thing I could think of on my wedding anniversary.
