I felt like I was shuffling but not going particularly fast. That's not a big deal, but I thought it was interesting that I was still holding sub-15 minute pace with 45 pounds, which is a good (but not excessively heavy) working load.
No weapon, no helmet.
I did break my rucksack frame. Time to replace it, grr...
I'll probably ramp up the weight at some point, but the speed is encouraging, mostly.
The last split was due to a late stop on the watch.
