I did some more wogging on the track this morning, trying to recover from my Sunday run. As the splits would indicate, I started accelerating as I got progressively more warmed up. I'm not sure where I was running so inconsistent splits coming even/odd in the first few laps, but I thought I was pretty consistent near the end. I was going at what I felt like marathon pace effort, and I guess for that kind of pace at the end, I can't say too much.

The transition to the ABBA song came from the end of the refrain of the Radiohead song. This might be one of the few times I think of ABBA and Radiohead in the same thought.
