Today was a good example of shitty pacing at work. My running partner takes some time to settle and isn’t the most consistent runner – he’s good to run with, but he can be inconsistent at times. I’m pretty settled in my current level of effort for pace, but that’s learned from hard experience doing the LSD runs in the last few weeks.
Today was my penultimate ab workout. Friday will be my last.
