This was intended to be a tempo run and it wasn’t. I was disappointed. Tomorrow it’s 12 and I intend to run at pace – to the point where I’ve computed relative pace and will hold fast to target.
Later today marked some wall ball, as I’m determined to get some quality time in with the lacrosse stick now that I have concrete walls around the place where I work.
