First 1.18 was to get to the gym, get cable work in and some mid-rows, and then back out to the road.
The wind was breezy, though. Great when tail wind, not so great when headwind.
I was looking at listings from 5 years ago and realize I was a lot faster when I was younger. Blinding Flash of the Obvious.
Heart rate was ridiculously high today. Not sure why.
