Before I draw the inevitable face shot for having the Bee Gees in my head, I need to preface it by saying it was because of a death metal cover of "How Deep Is your Love" in the back of my mind as I was running back from the gym. Death metal makes disco far more palatable. Really.
Got a later start, but I was up late revising a manuscript. I need to force myself to go to sleep earlier.
I am getting faster to and from the gym, but part of that is because I didn't get on the erg this morning.
