Today was a day to unload, and think, somewhat. It was not a day for killing myself to get a personal record, and today's time reflects that relative effort. It also reflects the soreness I still feel in my legs after going full bore on Thursday.

I did feel relatively relaxed, so I was running at under anaerobic threshold. It should be interesting to see what I can pull out when I'm back at sea level. I'll find that out shortly.

I'm surprised I had as much in the iThink as I had today, though.
